How can you edit your blocklist/whitelist?
The blocklist allows you to block specific email addresses or entire domains. In contrast, email addresses and domains added to the whitelist are exempt from spam filtering and will not be blocked.
Instructions:
How can you add an email address or a domain to your whitelist?
1. Log into NetConfig.
2. Click Mail Server Management.
3. For the desired mail server, click configure under the security options.
4. Click edit next to the whitelist.
5. Enter the desired email address or domain name in the field and click Add.
6. The email address or domain name has now been successfully added to your whitelist. Emails from email addresses or domains that are included in the whitelist are not checked for spam and are always delivered.
