What is an external domain ?
An external domain refers to a domain registered with another provider or managed in a different customer account within NetZone AG, which you continue to use as part of your hosting package.
Instructions:
1. Log into NetConfig.
2. Click External domains
3. Enter the desired external domain that you would like to integrate into your customer account, accept the terms and conditions and click Add/Order.
4. The external domain is now ordered. To confirm ownership, you must add a TXT record in the domain DNS zone. To do this, copy the TXT record shown in red and add it to the DNS zone file of the external domain.
5. After adding and publishing the TXT record, the external domain will be added to NetConfig and will appear under “External Domains.”
